(Head Office: Showa-ku, Nagoya; Representative: Gil Malo) has raised a total of 710 million yen in a pre-series A round of financing through a third-party allocation of new shares with Japan Post Capital, Suzuyo Corporation, D4V, and others as subscribers.
SAZO is a cross-border EC shopping service that enables Japanese consumers to easily purchase products from Korea and other countries. Since the launch of the service, the number of users and products handled has increased, and the company urgently needed to strengthen its structure for further business growth and international expansion.
The purpose of this fund procurement was to resolve these issues and take the company to the next stage of growth. The funds raised will be used to develop products for the cross-border EC shopping service "SAZO" to expand into overseas markets, develop a BtoB solution for customs and transportation cost forecasting systems, and strengthen the organizational structure.
We aim to create a new purchasing experience that allows global consumers to purchase overseas products more securely and easily.
