JPY 3.21 Billion in Total Funding
SAZO secured JPY 1.66 billion in Series A equity financing and an additional JPY 1.55 billion in loans from financial institutions, bringing the total amount raised in this round to JPY 3.21 billion. The company’s cumulative funding has now reached JPY 3.97 billion. Investors in the round include Japan Post Capital, Suzuyo, NAVER, D4V, and other leading domestic and international institutions.

SAZO aims to build an Agentic Commerce infrastructure in which AI autonomously handles the entire purchasing process, from product discovery and payment to logistics and customs clearance. By combining AI technology with global logistics and payment networks, SAZO will continue to lower the barriers to cross-border commerce and make international shopping more accessible for both consumers and sellers.
