SAZO Receives Investment from Neighbor D2SF to Accelerate Global Cross-Border Agentic Commerce Infrastructure Development
SAZO has received an investment from NAVER D2SF, the venture capital arm of the NAVER Group—one of Korea’s largest internet companies. SAZO was highly recognized for its AI-powered cross-border e-commerce infrastructure and its rapid business growth.

New investment from NAVER D2SF

NAVER D2SF decided to invest in SAZO after evaluating SAZO’s AI-driven cross-border e-commerce infrastructure and its strong growth trajectory with a global market focus.

Seamless cross-border shopping enabled by AI

  • AI predicts shipping costs, customs duties, and fees with approximately 95% accuracy.
  • An AI agent automatically supports everything from product translation and local price display to payment and customs clearance.
  • Overseas products can be purchased easily, with a user experience similar to shopping on a domestic e-commerce site.

A fast-growing global service

In the first half of 2026, SAZO’s monthly transaction volume grew by about 7x compared to the previous period. SAZO is expanding integrations with major marketplaces in Japan and Korea—including Mercari and Rakuten—and currently operates in both Japan and Korea.

Toward cross-border e-commerce infrastructure that connects the world

With this investment as a catalyst, SAZO will further expand its service countries and partnerships, accelerating the buildout of a global AI-powered cross-border e-commerce infrastructure.
